The laces broke after the second session

The laces broke after the second session. The overall cushion setup felt good and the grip was great but it was a bit more narrow than what I thought. It was still a great shoe but the laces literally tore. I adore the design and colorway tho. Do you think you could send me new laces or should I ask to the support ?
