Frequently asked questions
Once your order is successfully placed you'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you didn't receive an order confirmation, please check your spam folder since the confirmation e-mail might be marked as junk mail. The order confirmation should be sent right after completing the checkout. If you have not received the order confirmation after one day, please contact us through the contact form from above.
After an order has been placed we can't change or cancel the order anymore because the orders are being processed automatically.
Our goal is to deliver 361º products to runners all over EMEA. That's why we have a safe and easy payment procedure and multiple payment options to finish your checkout. The payment procedure consists of five easy steps. Find all details below!
1) Click on 'Checkout' once an item is selected or in your ‘Shopping cart’
2) Sign in to your 361º Account or ‘Order without account’
3) Enter your delivery details
4) Check the details of your delivery and invoice address.
5) Select payment method (iDEAL, PayPal, Credit Card, Sofort banking, Google Pay, Apple Pay) and click ‘Pay now’.
The webshop of 361º Europe has different payment options:
- Creditcard (VISA and Mastercard)
- Sofort Banking
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
If you have received a voucher code you can use the code by entering it in the ‘Gift card or discount code' field before checkout. Click on apply to activate the code and check if the amount of your order has been changed.

We ship all orders above € 100,- free of charge using UPS within the EU. We charge € 7,50 up to € 12,50 for orders within EU under € 100,-. For more details related to shipping costs and import duties per country please have a look at our Delivery costs. We strive for the earliest possible delivery date but cannot guarantee the delivery window of UPS.

Track your order
When the checkout is completed you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. With this number you can follow your package after it has been sent by UPS.

You've received your package but you're not satisfied with your purchase? You can return the product if it meets our return policy requirements. After we have received your return we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible based on the original payment method. *The shipment cost of the return are at your own expense.
If you want to return a product you must meet the following requirements:
1) The return is requested within the statutory 30 days after delivery.
2) The product is in the undamaged original shoebox, and packed in a shipping box.
3) The product must be returned in original NON-USED condition; if a product is damaged and/or used, we will reject the return.
Standard return procedure
1) Download our return form
2) Print this form and enter the reason for return.
3) Place the return and the return form including all details in the package.
4) Return the products to the return address shown below.
*The shipment cost of the return are at your own expense.
5) After receiving and processing your return we will refund the purchase amount based on the original payment method within 15 business days. Please be aware that depending on your bank it can take longer to receive your refund.

In case you received a defective product please follow the instructions below in order to authorize the return of a defective item. Please be aware that defective items sent back to our return address without approval will not be reimbursed. The product must be unworn and in the condition you received it (worn returned items will not be refunded).
Please send us an email to email@example.com including the following details:
1) A copy of your order confirmation or order number.
2) A short description of the defect, and photo (and how it happened, if necessary).
3) After the approval of your request you can return the defective item by following our return procedure.
In order to exchange a product for another size/color, please follow the standard return procedure as described above and place a new order on our webshop. After your return is processed the refund will be sent to the original payment method.
