If your package has already left our warehouse and is with the courier. You can still legally withdraw using the button below, but the physical delivery cannot be stopped.
Since your package is already on its way to you, please follow these steps to complete your return and secure your refund:
What to do when the package arrives:
- Option A (Easiest): Refuse the Delivery. When the courier attempts to deliver the package, simply tell them you refuse it. It will be marked "Return to Sender" and sent back to us automatically at no cost to you.
