The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The promoter/organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s/organizer’s control makes it necessary to do so. The promoter/organizer reserves the right to publish the name, photograph, likeness and county of the winner or to publicize the Competition or the prize-giving presentation, in any and all media that the promoter/organizer desires, after the date of the Competition close date and within a year of this date.
