My passion is running as a part of a healthy lifestyle. Being a healthy and fit person can be only achieved by good eating habits in combination with sports. As a nutritionist with a passion for sports I’ve developed a Nutrition Project for schools and I teach children from the age of 4 to 18 in schools but also adults at their workplace on how to take care of yourself in the best way with facts about food and the coolest workouts. I love to share my knowledge with them and to help them go beyond their own expectations and achieve their goals.
For 2021 my goal is to run my first marathon and to get more experienced in trail running.
