I am one of those so called health transforming runner, who at the age of 47 started to run with no previous experience. Strongly motivated through weight loss and improved mental health, running is now part of my lifestyle nearly on a every day basis. Enjoying the running path, listening to all the sounds of nature and taking a break during the run for a photo also makes running so great for me. Running makes me a healthier and happier person.
